I really don’t do favorites. My memory is too fickle to remember something over the long term, so I tend to have current favorites. These will last for a few months until something else comes along and replaces them.

My current favorite song is probably “Bad Romance” by Lady Gaga.


I never paid much attention to Gaga, since I don’t keep track of current music. I think most of today’s music is junk. But I do watch Glee, and when I first heard “Bad Romance,” I didn’t think I would like it. However, by the end of the song, I was hooked.

Then, I looked up Lady Gaga on YouTube and saw the real thing, and now I am listening to the song at least once a day… that is until another one takes its place.

I like the backbeat and the orchestration. Gaga has a great voice. The goofy monster theme is interesting, and of course, there’s Gaga’s sex appeal.

Now, I’ve heard some good and some bad things about Lady Gaga, and I really don’t like most of her songs. However, she is innovative and cutting edge. She reminds me of Madonna in many ways. No matter what your opinion is of Gaga, she’s making a name for herself.
