It’s Day 17 of the 30 Days of Music, and I’ve done pretty good so far. It’s difficult coming up with these songs, and the next few days are really going to be tough. But today is not so bad, since I was driving the other day and had the radio on.

I knew this topic was coming, so I took notice of what was playing. It happened to be “How Can I Be Sure” by The Rascals.

I like the French feel to this song, and the theme of uncertainty in love is universal.

I don’t listen to the radio as often as I used to. Because of the music available on the Internet and the music programs on my computer that hold a vast library of my favorites, the only time I really listen to the radio now is when I’m driving.

Even as a teenager, I listened to ‘oldies.’ Back then that meant the 50′s and 60′s. Today, I usually have the radio tuned to a soft rock or easy listening station, so nothing has really changed.
